ABOUT US
We define the ability to achieve the SCM objective: to minimize excess inventory and out-of/insufficient-stocks continuously as having control of the Supply Chain. However, control is not the same as authority. This axiom is usually learnt too late. It is also, by then, an expensive piece of information. When applied to Supply Chain Management it can be a very critical proposition: excess inventory and out-of-stocks due to unmanaged or inefficient demand and/or supply planning will sooner or later result in very unpleasant surprises.

We are a boutique consulting company that specializes in Supply Chain Management exclusively and is exceptionally qualified to help your company achieve the level of excellence required given our experience and methodology. Working with leading companies in the US and Latin America, we have acquired the required expertise to help you obtain the SCM objective and solve your company’s Supply Chain Management problems

Hello!

Here are some points to think about SCM:

Is your Supply Chain integrated? Meaning: does Sales have as its objective to achieve the Plan? or to try to grab any "opportunity"even if theres is no inventory available for this period?

We believe that the Sales Rep time is a company resource that must be optimized, and that the Efficiency and Effectivity of the Sales Force must be taken into account in the Demand Planning process.

Does your Master Production Planning decide the FG Inventory replenishment? We believe that creates a process "misalignment" where the required replenishment will not be presented if it cannot be produced. In this case the problem will be "fixed" rather than "solved".
